We Mostly use Seiko Automatic Movements such as NH05, NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH71, NH72, and NH37.

However we can also use higher quality movements like Swiss ST, ETA, and SW under Customer Request

Is There Any Type of Warranty?

Absolutely! We provide a 1-year protection warranty. It covers all and every single manufacturing defect. Just reach out through contact, talk with us, and we'll your make your watch for free again.

How does Repairs work?

Repair's are simple. Just contact us and send us a message with images of whatever needs to be repaired. We'll tell you where to ship the watch. Shipping will be free for you because we'll cover for it.

If you are past your warranty then repairs are 19% of what you paid for the watch.

It's Great, But Can I Change More?

We can create your piece 100% custom-made. Just contact us, and together we'll explore the possibilities. you'll receive a response within 24 hours.

Do You Accept Trade Ins?

If you wish to trade in another watch, please reach out to us through contact.

Trading in a watch gives you a minimum extra discount of 15%.

Shipping

What Is The Expected Delivery Time For My Order?

Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of your customization and your location. Typically, we require 4-7 business days to assemble your watch, followed by shipping times that can range from 5-9 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

In total it usually takes about 9-17 Working days

Please note that some configurations may take an extra 3-4 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, as of now, we are still based only in the US.
We will have international shipping within the next 1-2 months guaranteed.

My Order

Can I Cancel My Order?

There is a short period between placing your order and beginning its processing. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, but you still have the option to return it once it is delivered.

How Can I Return My Watch?

Absolutely! We accept returns within the first year after purchase.
